"2025 has been a year of consolidation and growth, in which we transformed our acquisitions into tangible value. Above all, it has been a year that further confirmed what W Group has been built on since the beginning: people.
In fact, the results achieved – from surpassing €1.1 billion in revenue to the strength of our profitability – were made possible by the daily work, expertise and commitment of our people, who represent the true engine of the Group and the core of our model.
Looking ahead, we will continue to invest in organic growth and in the integration of acquired companies, with the goal of exceeding €2 billion in revenue by 2030, reaching 3,000 employees and achieving an EBITDA margin above 9%. We will do so while staying true to our identity: a Group built around people, capable of creating job opportunities and generating sustainable value over time".
